Pickup is always available
Pickup at our home in Memphis, Tennessee is included for every puppy. Pickup is by reservation only.
Flight-nanny shipping
When pickup isn’t possible, we ship through trusted transport partners. A flight nanny accompanies your puppy in-cabin and hands them off to you personally. Your puppy is never in cargo and never travels alone.
Costs
Shipping costs depend on the route and time of year. We’ll quote your specific route before any commitment. Shipping is paid in full before travel begins.
Free or reduced shipping
Some of the partner agencies we work with occasionally offer free or reduced shipping on certain routes. We don’t advertise this as a slogan because it isn’t always available. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll tell you what’s currently possible.
What we won’t do
We won’t ship before eight weeks of age, we won’t use cargo, and we won’t hand a puppy off to a stranger.
