Getting Your Puppy Home
Most of our families pick their puppy up here in Memphis. For families farther away, we work with trusted transport partners and a flight nanny who travels with the puppy the whole journey.
Pickup at our home is by reservation only and is included for every puppy. We hand off in person, walk you through the go-home kit, share your puppy’s health records, and answer every question on the spot. Many families fly into Memphis (MEM), spend an afternoon, and fly back the same day.
When pickup isn’t possible, we ship through trusted transport partners. A flight nanny accompanies your puppy for the entire trip — carrying them in-cabin, feeding and watering on schedule, and handing them off to you personally. Your puppy is never in cargo and never traveling alone.
The cost depends on the route and time of year and is paid in full before travel begins, alongside the remaining balance. We’ll share an exact quote once we know your city.
Some of the partner agencies we work with offer occasional free or reduced shipping on certain routes — usually when other puppies are traveling the same day. We don’t advertise this as a slogan, because it’s not always available. But it’s worth asking. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll let you know what’s currently possible.
We won’t ship a puppy before eight weeks of age, we won’t use cargo, and we won’t hand a puppy off to a stranger.
